This project was completed in January 2010. The project included 147 units, grand lobby and residence entrance, cyber cafe, media room, leasing office, wine room and main floor mail room. Trio was responsible for all design specifications, interior construction documentation, and merchandising, including all the common areas for the thirteen story apartment complex and the seventh floor model unit.
