Principle designer and owner, Angela Haney founded Trio Interiors, Inc.
in 1999. Since then, Trio Interiors has offered an extensive portfolio
of market-driven design services to homebuilders and developers in the
Denver area and in markets across the country.
Our team is known for its fresh and unique approach to interior design and our superior customer service. We have a very "relationship" driven business and hold our customers and partners in the highest regards. Jennifer Pruett - Project ManagerI have: A BFA in Interior Design from the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design and more than 5 years of model merchandising and residential interior design experience.I look for inspiration: Primarily from the client since they usually have a vision they are trying to recognize. From there, I like to take cues from nature for color and texture. I also look at the architecture of each project for style direction. More abstractly, I feel that inspiration is all round us, from the simple lines of everyday objects to the images on pages of trade magazines. Greatest design influence: Art history. I started my career as a painter and artist for an events company. When we installed events, I was always fascinated by the relationships that happen in space rather than on paper, thus here I am! Favorite part of my job: We are very lucky that we get to work with some of the most beautiful finishes, materials and products on earth. I enjoy playing with these elements and finding beauty in unexpected combinations of them. There is no better feeling than when the client loves the design as much as we do! Projects I am proud of: Two model homes in the custom neighborhood of Riverdale for Capital Pacific. The client was a delight to work with and the models were fun to do as we were given a lot of artistic freedom. Also, I am very proud of the work we did for the Arboretum Orchid Room. A friend of mine actually had an event in the space without knowing I had been the designer. I was so excited to get the invite that raved about how great the space was! My hobbies are: Hiking with my dogs, watching a good movie or spending time with friends. I can't live without: My husband, dogs and chocolate. They are three things that are worth waking up for. The best part about working at Trio is: Our diverse range of projects. I get to learn something new everyday and try out new design ideas that I only dreamt of in past positions. And, of course, it just wouldn't be the same without the fabulous group of people on the Trio team! |
